Walk-ins - How do they work? 

We welcome walk-ins! There may not be availability to play during busy times but you can book for a later time (have a drink & some food while you wait)!  To guarantee availability, definitely reserve your Throw Social™ experience online! When we do have walk-in space, reservations start at fixed times, so you may have to wait until the next available start time... kind of like walking into the movies. :)

If it shows spaces are available, your best bet is to just reserve the spots!

 

Do I need a large group to play?

Come alone or bring your flock. There are minimums for the number people in an activity at certain times so be sure to check when you book!

 

Do I need to book a Special Event if I just want TWO of the spaces or activity areas for my gang? 

No, you can just reserve the two spaces and order off the menu. NOTE: Pre-paid Food & Bar Packages are only available to groups of 20 or more, or for events two hours or longer.

We are all booking axe ranges separately so we can pay for ourselves. Will we get to play together?

Let us know if you are booking with other parties in the notes section at checkout (pick one name to say you are ‘with’). We will do our best, but the only foolproof way is to create one booking under one name.

 

What ages can play at Throw Social™? 

We welcome everyone at Throw Social™!  For safety reasons, only ages 8 and up can participate in Axe Throwing but any age can do our other activities. We do ask that all children be kept under the direct supervision of an adult at all times. *NOTE: WE ARE 21+ AFTER 9 PM

 

What is your Lateness Policy?

PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR START TIME for activities! You can always grab a drink or put in a food order if you are early.

You are fine if you arrive a little late but your time will just be shortened to end at the regular time if there are guests after you. 

 

Birthday Parties, Team Building, Bachelor(ette) Parties... are they hard to arrange?

We make it easy! If you only need one cabana you can book yourself online without contacting us. You can even bring store-bought (per health code) cupcakes for your event without letting us know in advance. For parties of more than 8-10, just email us at Events@throwsocial.com.

Our Special Events department can also help you if you want food or bar packages or a multi-hour session. For weekend events, try to contact us as far in advance as possible! NOTE: Pre-paid Food & Bar Packages are only available to groups of 20 or more, or for events two hours or longer. 

 

Do you allow outside catering?

We don't offer outside catering but we have a full kitchen with a flocking fabulous menu for your group to enjoy!

 

Can I book an event outside of your normal hours?

Absolutely! Just email us at Events@throwsocial.com. More information about our Special Events can be found HERE.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

You will get a FULL REFUND up to 72 Hours in advance of your time. Sorry, but within 72 hours there are no refunds. :'(  If you have booked a Special Event, the cancellation period is 61 days before your reservation.

 

Can I change or cancel my booking online?

Yes! Up until 72 hours before your reservation, just go to your confirmation email and click the orange View/Change Booking button. You will be able to change the date & time (if available) or cancel. Of course, you can always email us, too, at Delray@throwsocial.com.

 

Will we be taught how to throw axes?

Yes, you will be taught the safety rules and how to throw by one of our Axe pros. 

 

Are you handicapped accessible? Can I play if I am in a wheelchair?

 Yes, and yes!

 

Can I buy Gift Certificates?

Yes, please? Throw Social™ Gift Vouchers are fantastic gift ideas for that person who has everything (or just likes to do everything)! Plus they will probably bring you along!

 

Do Fun Facilitators & Axe Pros accept tips?

Tipping is never required but always appreciated! Our folks will do their best to make your experience fun and exciting. It is nice to show them a little love!

Throw Social™ Delray is located right in the heart of Delray Beach off of Atlantic Ave – just across the street from Salt 7 and next door to Rack's Seafood! Our address is 29 SE 2nd Ave, Delray Beach FL, 33444

 

What is parking like at ​THRōW Social​​™?

There is metered parking directly adjacent to the venue as well as street parking and a parking garage about a block away. 

Robert Federspiel Garage is free if you park before 4pm. After 4pm it is a flat rate of $5!
