Do you accept walk-ins?
Absolutely — walk-ins are always welcome even if our online reservation system says we have no availability!
Do we have to Reserve a Cabana or Lounge to come hang out?
Nope! Reservations aren't required. We have plenty of open seating available on a walk-in basis, so get the flock in here and grab a tropical drink, enjoy a tasty meal, and play some games!

Do you offer Brunch?
Heck, yes — Brunch baes unite for Weekend Brunch and Bottomless Mimosas or Bellinis every Saturday and Sunday from 12PM-3PM. Day drinking encouraged ;)
Birthday Parties, Bachelor(ette) Parties, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs... are they hard to arrange?
Not at all — we make it easy. If your group only needs one Cabana, you can book directly online without contacting our team! Browse cabana options here.
You’re welcome to bring balloons (permitted by weight) and store-bought cupcakes for your celebration (in accordance with health code guidelines).
What if I'm planning an event for a large group?
For groups of 25 or more, we offer dedicated event pricing and packages. Our Special Events team can help with the planning process, including choosing food and beverage packages and scheduling.

Can I book an event outside of your normal hours?
Absolutely! Events outside of our regular operating hours may be available through our Special Events team.
Availability varies based on the day, event type, and staffing needs, so we recommend reaching out in advance to discuss your event details. Learn more about our special events team.
Is there a cover charge?
Cover charges apply on weekend nights, holidays, and special events. Entry is always subject to capacity and doorman discretion to ensure a safe, high-quality guest experience.

Is THRōW Social Family-Friendly?
Yes, we are family-friendly! We welcome everyone at Throw Social®! All ages can eat, drink, and play our board games, ping pong, shuffleboard, corn hole, giant Jenga, etc. We do ask that all children be kept under the direct supervision of an adult at all times. Please note that only ages 21+ are allowed in the venue after 9pm every day. After 9pm, the atmosphere shifts and we maintain a kid-free environment—because even parents need a playground!
What are the age requirements?
All ages are welcome, however, guests must be 21+ after 9pm. A valid physical ID is required for entry when we are 21+ — no exceptions. *Acceptable identification includes: Military IDs, U.S driver's license and all U.S. & international passports recognized by the U.S.
*Please note: All IDs must be current and physically presented. Digital IDs, photos, or photocopies are not accepted under any circumstances.
What is your dress code?
We keep things Miami casual-chic! To keep the vibe right, we do not allow:

Are pets allowed?
Friendly, well-behaved dogs are welcome in The Courtyard before 7pm, as long as they remain fully under control and on a leash at all times. If your dog is barking excessively (as judged at our discretion), you may be asked to leave. *Please note: Pet owners assume full responsibility & liability for their animals while on the premises.
Do you serve food?
Yes! We offer a full delicious food menu featuring appetizers, shareable bites, and crowd favorites.

Do you have Open Bar Seating?
YEP! First-come, first-served — no reservations and no minimums are required. Grab a seat at the bar, order drinks, and enjoy the energy. You'll find comfortable interior bar seating inside The Villa & The Indigo Garden. Outside in the Courtyard, bar seating is available at the eye-catching Tower Bar.

We have Interior & Exterior Lounges available located throughout the venue. Lounges vary in size from 6 people to 10 people. They typically have a coffee table & side tables rather than a traditional dining table. Dedicated VIP Cabana & Lounge entrance included.

What’s your cancellation policy?
Cabanas and Lounges: 24-hour cancellation is required.
Private Events: Policies vary and are outlined in your event contract.
What is your lateness policy for Reserved Areas?
If you arrive late, your reservation will be shortened to conclude at the originally scheduled time (this includes: cabanas, lounges, VIP bookable spaces).
Is THRōW Social wheelchair accessible?
Yes — we’re ADA-compliant! *For Cabana Reservations if you have a wheelchair: Please contact us at miamiguests@throwsocial.com, since they are elevated a few steps.
Do you offer free Wi-Fi?
Yes.
What is Parking Like?
We have multiple options near the venue including street parking, lots & garages. For real-time availability, check apps like ParkWhiz, SpotHero, or Parkopedia.
Do you offer valet?
Valet Parking is available starting at 4pm daily on NE 24th Street.
I lost something at the venue — what do I do?
Please email miamiguests@throwsocial.com with an item description and your visit date. We’ll check our Lost & Found and follow up. *Please note: THRōW Social Miami is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen items, and all recovered items are held for a limited time.
I see an extra charge on my credit card. Why?
We assure you, we did not charge you extra!
This is a temporary pre-authorization that our Point of Sale system, Toast, requires. If you open a tab, a temporary hold will be placed on your credit card for the amount of your initial order. This will fall off your statement once the actual charge is processed. Some banks drop this off the statement immediately, but others can take 4-5 days for this to happen, especially after a weekend, so please be patient. Thanks for understanding!
